Pros

Absolutely NONE!! And I worked there for 16 years in the Northwest.

This is by far the worst company to work for! Every week there is a new flavor....You're either not hitting L&R or sales or issues or BBG or on and on. When you aren't hitting L&R (24% seriously?) then you are forced to unethically go after fake ruin and loss items. Off Cycle price increase as well as the annual increases are way too much for customers to handle and if you lose that account, it's YOUR fault, not Aramarks........I call BS on this. My RSR's and myself had great relationships with customers that were forced to take over 50% pricing increases year after year until they couldn't handle it. Then if you wanted to deviate, you had to throw the decrease onto some other customer, thereby increasing their bill again......REALLY? Are you serious and you want to blame the service team.....look in the mirror.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
