Pros

Good Pay, Comapny Car or Car allowance, gas card, not micro managed, other managers good to work with, competitive, good learning experience.

Cons

Work-Life balance terrible conference call at 7am and you wont leave work til 6-7pm sometimes 8-9pm, short staff for drivers often making you have to run the route, customer issues because 4-5 Price increases a Year. Very unethical trying to force a customer to take that many price increases in a year. Route-men are union and they come back after you fire them several times. Route-men only listens to the union. Your Bonuses are extremely difficult to hit because of price increase and route-men doing what ever they feel like doing, you dont control majority of your bonus. Sometimes your running a route for over 15 hours in 95 degrees with no air. Only the day of the Holiday you get off. You must work around the holiday. For example you would get christmas day off but thats it you must come into work the day before and after to be paid. Same sale contest every year. Conference calls EVERY MORNING 7am and I mean EVERY!

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
