Good hard working employees, always something to do.
Cons
Low pay for hourly, huge turnover, replacement process too long, too much red tape for low starting wage. By the time the company is ready to hire, potential employees have gone elsewhere. While hiring process stalls, facility managers expected to fill in, no matter how long it takes.
