Pros
The main advantage is that you work with unique, amazing destinations. Compensation is decent for Phoenix when you work for the National Sales & Marketing group (not sure about the call center also based here), and most of the team members are nice people.
Cons
The main challenge if you work in marketing is the lack of support for this discipline. Aramark is all about operations and there is no interest from upper management in investing in marketing, even when every dollar spent can be tracked and tied to a significant ROI. The other challenge is that there are bullies at a high level in management and I have seen far too many people cry at their desk after being yelled at or humiliated in a meeting in front of other co-workers. This results in constant fear, high stress levels, and employees not willing to communicate creative ideas or make suggestions.
