Pros

None. See for your self

Cons

PAID PARKING 8-10 dollars a day, you are not rushing to go home you will rush to get off the clock so you could continuously move your car around campus if you don't have the money to pay for parking. You invest everything come in early ,leave late, push the crew. Make them 100,000 by yourself, pushing parties yield 500+ people, do the truck twice a week, and help out with out areas around campus for them to tell you the rest you did not get a higher position is due to politics?! Not to mention the .29 raise. I gave them 30 day resignation and lived out my 30 days to make sure they had someone to fill my spot out of respect for the company. And I did not receive my last two pay checks. It's disappointing but typical with this company. I worked the entire January didn't get paid until the second week in February. Not to mention the on going drama with the chef and baker in DMSB. I can't make this stuff up. The baker even went as far as calling ServSafe to check credentials. I am an instructor and proctor for ServSafe so why are you trying to mess my money up outside this job that barely pays .... I can't make this up. If you ever work there then you know! Did my 365 day bud and got on through.. after working there I no longer had the passion to cook nomore.

Pros

Travel opportunities. Former corporate management was extremely supportive and good to work with. Free food. Free drama.

Cons

Work life balance. Don’t be a mother to young children if you want to work here. Verbal communication vs. what you get in an email will be contradictory….the gaslighting was unbelievable. Digital metric systems put in place by new corporate management has taken all the creativity and actual management out of the job. Will be mad at you if you don’t make the numbers they want to see, but will provide zero guidance on how best to do so. Hours were extremely long in order to complete all job responsibilities. New upper management is inflexible to specific account needs. Each account is different. HR does not help you - they protect the company. If you need to terminate an employee - they make it impossible.
