Pros
The commission drivers are all experienced and really good!
Cons
The wash facilities are old, no budget to maintain facility or properly staff affecting the clean product returned to the market centers. No product makes it challenging for drivers to deliver and if the invoice doesn’t run sales doesn’t get paid. Sales is paid based on the average of the 1st 6 weeks of service. So the problem is if an invoice didn’t run that impacts the average or if the business is say a new restaurant and just opening the sales rep get paid on the opening invoices not on actual growth once the restaurant gets ramped up. The sales manager is unprofessional, no skills to train or develop. He also doesn’t go to bat for his team and will throw his team under the bus to make himself too better. The general manager knows this and does nothing to set the market center or the sales team up for success. The service managers are set up to fail because corporate has to many controls in place to allow them to actually offer customer service with solutions. Those managers work hard and try their best with what limited solutions they have control of.
