The people I had the privilege of working with were naturally good hearted people . There were different activities the company does to get the coworkers together and leads for a great culture and home away from home .
Cons
Working in Claims is the heart of an insurance agency . Arbella is competing with the top agencies around the world and with that being said they are extremely behind on the technology. Not having the right tools to successfully do your job has caused many employees to leave and come to work overwhelmed and dissatisfied . The company is understaffed in claims but home office refuses to add more people so that work flow is more manageable . Everything is outdated from the website , sending paper mail for everything and the countless phone calls that could be solved by having the proper technology imputed . We are overworked and underpaid .
