If you are not part of the inner circle, then it is very difficult to advance. Management expect miracles on getting work done. Technology is significantly behind as compared to peers. Lots of upper management hires but need people to do the actual work. Key executives have been there almost 30 years - no apparent succession planning. No employee stock purchase plan .
