      Arbor screening is a great entry role to jump start real estate career. Great office culture. Good leadership. Good work life balance.

      Pay might be on lower end. What the job lacks in pay is made up in the value in the knowledge and experience gained.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
