      Friendly, team-based environment with unlimited growth potential, good pay/benefits, job flexibility and invaluable experience.

      Cons

      Overall, upper management has done a good job over the past couple years listening to employees on what can be done to make our experiences better and our lives easier. Could use some more complimentary company swag.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
