      Pros

      Coming from a large corporation to Arbor was an easy transition. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The culture in the office is great and I currently work a hybrid schedule! It’s important to me to work for a company that treats their employees well & gives back to the community. Arbor does all of that and more. Could not recommend working here enough.

      Pros

      Hybrid work schedule was nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless to the daily operations of their staff and refuse to listen to the experts in their fields. Pay is low compared to other companies in the same industry. Respect is non existent if management doesn’t “like you”. At one point before I left, I was waking up with so much anxiety that I would throw up daily. This place isn’t good for mental health.
