Cons
Because it's a fast food restaurant, and a corporate chain, there are specific expectations always needing to be met. This is especially frustrating with the popularity of other food chains and Arby's need to compete. We're expected to always have fresh product [Chicken, fries, sidekickers] but it's so unpredictable what WILL be ordered, and so we have to throw a lot of things away, which then becomes food cost, and corporate doesn't like that. However, when someone orders something that we don't have available, we have to wait, and it drives up our drive thru times, which corporate also doesn't like. It's always just a matter of which issue you'd rather be stressed and constantly pressured about. It is a stressful environment sometimes, and most workers can expect to see some tempers be tested.
