Free food for managers doesnt get boring on your feet a lot Basically the free food decent pay compared to what I have heard others get paid

too many changes a menu item will be taken off, then put back on) many items we carry are not on the menu GM is incompetent always short staffed cleanliness is neglected, then expected to be crystal clear within a day crew members and assistant manager are run ragged crew members are not treated well by GM too much variety (I constantly hear customers uncertain about what they want because of the wide menu selection) Impossible to meet service time standard without wasting an exorbant amount of food, thus loosing the GM his food cost bonus Gossip and backstabbing amongst co-workers high turnover
