Pros

1. Compensation 2. WFH(which is also a con)

Cons

1. Team environment Entire team is wfh(Boston office is shut). Individuals work in silos with very less collaboration and almost no connection on a personal level 2. Benefits Even though they say flexible leave plan, taking leaves is frowned upon. Their CEO takes swipe at directors when they come back from leaves on team calls and the attitude trickles down the hierarchy 3. Less than average project engagements. Good projects are meagre. Learning is limited
