Business Outlook
Pros
Work very well with the employer as a contractor. The management from Arcshine allow us to work directly with the civil servant. Cutting the middle management allow us to work quicker. Working for Nasa Ames was a great experience. All the people (contractor, civil servants) are all like family. Great work environment.
Cons
The contract was there as long as Nasa would have the funding to pay our hourly rate. If the funding was cut we were out of the job.
