2nd Rate Facility - Registered Nurse Arcadia Care Employee Review

Poor pay, lack of supplies, new DON is rude and micromanages. Calls and texts employees repeatedly on their days off. Tells employees to finish their charting at home. (which means they don't get paid for it). She has never worked in long-term care and it shows. Short-staffed, but this is the norm in this country these days so I don't fault them for this. However, they keep admitting patients even after being told by the medical director not due due to lack of staff. Care is substandard because they don't have enough people to take care of the patients.
