Pay is on par with industry, benefits are good, work schedule is flexible, and people are nice and very intelligent

Major lack of focus in regards to what the core business is. I have had 3 different managers in 2 1/2 years. Just this summer Arcadis ran off or people left in waves which has drastically dropped moral. We have yet not been awarded a large project in the West since I started. The office is so depressing that I think about leaving the company even minute I am at work. Management solution is to put the lack of billable work on to staff who have little or no control to win work. Also we need to hire more staff but who in their right mind wants to look busy all day just sharpening pencils and endless meetings that you can't charge billable time. I think the busy will turn around in 2 to 3 years if you don't die of boredom by then. Stay away from this company for now.
