Pros

The Amsterdam Symphony office is really well located, beautiful wide views, office is very comfortably set up with height adjustable (sit-standing) desks, phone booths, silent rooms and good equipment to work with. Colleagues are lovely, the vibe is good and people treat each other very well. Health & Safety is taken very seriously. The company invests in it's people by providing health checks and stress management training for Managers and a CPR training for everyone. A lot of people have worked here for a very long time. The CEO is liked and well-respected.

Cons

The office does not have a real place to sit and have or prepare your lunch (e.g. home brought lunch) because there is a big building restaurant down stairs. But I don't want to go there. And I don't want to eat at my desk. No water cooker either.

Pros

The people and the work we do.

Cons

None really. Could use better pay consistencies and recognition of those who do well and are rewarded as such.

Pros

Good people in the mid to junior levels. Work from Home policy.

Cons

Very toxic culture, especially if you are a female employee. No guardrails for employee security. They removed the "People First" policy under political pressure. Pay increases that don't meet inflation, despite positive performance reviews. Multiple rounds of layoffs leaving people unsure on their job security. Lots of good staff walking out the door. The leadership (most often male), which is failing win and deliver on work, remains and is promoted.
