      Pros

      great projects, great colleagues, opportunity for growth if you work hard for it. snr management is approachable. salary decent enough.

      Cons

      company works in silos. some legacy managers are simply furniture of the office and don't bring any added value either to Clients or training the junior staff. company HR is a joke and unprofessional. little in-house training possible unless on the job.
