Pros
1. People team (yes, not HR) really tries to keep employees happy. 2. Great benefits, unlimited PTO although in reality no one really takes advantage of this. 3. Start-up mentality. Great if you are tired of the bureaucratic environment of the big pharma houses. 4. Poorly performing employees are let go quickly. No room for bad attitude since it is a small company.
Cons
There are always bad apples in every group or department that one wishes they leave especially since it's painfully obvious ACLX is not the right fit for them. You hear them whine and complain about not getting promoted, low salary, no direct reports, bad boss, etc. A bit entitled, IMHO. Perhaps it's time to leave and make space for the person who will appreciate the job more.
