1yThank you for sharing your perspective, your positives, and your concern about favoritism. We work hard to keep our benefits and PTO at an industry-leading level to support our exceptional team. We ask managers to propose promotions for their team members, and we review all proposed promotions against a consistent set of criteria (consistently exceptional performance, merit/need for role, and alignment with our values) to ensure fairness. It sounds like we could be doing a better job communicating the promotion criteria to the organization. Thanks for your input.
