Pros
Very good communication between departments so it gives you the opportunity to learn about other stuff. Very friendly environment regardless of the stress.
Cons
Not very open to new strategies and techniques. Changement are very slow to be accepted A little bit stressful speacialy when the mining industry is not doing well.
