9yThank you for your feedback. Our people are our greatest asset and we are always striving to improve their experience. We provide programs and tools to keep employees safe on the job and to enhance their overall health and wellness. We also provide numerous opportunities for dialogue between employees and management and offer training and development opportunities for employees, both union and non-union, and contractors. Our employee communications, incentives schemes, career development opportunities and culture are vital ingredients of engaging and motivating our employees. But, we know there is more we need to do, particularly to boost employee engagement following the sustained period of economic uncertainty we have been facing.
Though 2016 brought on changes to our health care plan, our Company is a leader in affordable health care across this industry and others.
