ArcelorMittal offers its salaried employees competitive benefits that include healthcare, vacation, life and disability insurance, 401(k) savings plans, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement and employee discounts. Salaried employees participate in a competitive bonus program and have multiple opportunities to earn quarterly bonuses when financial and operational performance targets are met. But, we know there is more we need to do, particularly to boost employee engagement following the sustained period of economic uncertainty we have been facing.
