-lots of confusion within company because it is going through a restructuring phase -if you came in for a specific position, you might not end up with the one you signed on to -people are too busy to explain things to you so you have to ask specific questions -training program not very good -management is very hypocritical- they say they are open and you can talk to them about anything, but they don't like to be told that they are wrong
