Pros
You have autonomy over the work you assign your crew of electricians and your not micro-managed. You are not always sitting behind a desk for 8 hours a day.
Cons
You are on call 24 hours a day. There are days where you end up staying 12 hour+. It's in a building that is open to the elements unless your in your office which means if your walking the shop floor in the summer its hot and the winter its cold.
