Pros
The benefits are the best part about this job. Better than most other companies with health care and retirement plans. Development is also stressed through various training.
Cons
Roles and movement are not clearly defined. If you are looking to move up, there is no plan. A lot of the workforce is retiring so there will be potential in the future, it just isn't clear when that will be possible. Not very challenging work, so it is hard to feel like you are actually learning.
