      Pros

      Pay and insurance are above average for the area. Jobs aren't very difficult to learn.

      Cons

      Production jobs. Hourly and salary work mandatory 7 days a week year round. Vacation days are frequently denied. Hourly persons pension is based on 40 hour weeks even though 56-70 hours are the standard schedule. Working off shifts for years.
