To mutch focus on nitty gritty stuff Use people as dogs/ slaves /disrespect to many top management that bark orders To much focus on the people not the product Wrong management disisions that lead to faults and they are not held acountable but make it if its the lower peoples fault. wrong people in top jobs with high pay but cutting floor people to many meetings held each day by management no focus on plant
