Pros
Very collaborative company. Employees are very helpful and support one another.
Cons
Very lean in terms of employees which results in increased workloads. Work needs to be eliminated if not backfilling when someone leaves to ensure balanced workloads. Performance Management system very disengaging for salaried employees given forced distribution of ratings.
