Pros
-Used to have the option of remote work, but that is slowly being taken away.
Cons
-Company is going through many changes right now. -Base salary is extremely low and you don't get profit sharing until you've worked here for two years. -Managers are extremely hostile and there is lots of favoritism going on. -Company is only trying to downsize at the moment, lots of work will eventually be outsourced.
