Pros

There is a lot of room for professional growth in almost all of their positions. The work culture is focused on growing employees. Corporate understands, for the most part, the mission-first mentality of the "boots on the ground" employees.

Cons

The compensation and benefits package is generally worse than some of the bigger players in the industry. Being part of a private equity firm comes with risks of your section of the company being sold to accommodate potential future acquisitions.
