Our senior leadership team drive our culture, focusing on the mission, our people, and business. Our CEO reminds us regularly that, “We all go to sleep and wake up under the same flag.” It is this level of understanding of defense, intel, business, and the general challenges that face our nation that convince me that I am in the right place. Virtually everyone on the senior leadership team has technical degrees! They understand engineers and scientists. This is critical as we build a culture of innovation. I was internally promoted from an individual contributor role on program into a corporate leadership role. I feel that I am well compensated and that there is opportunity for me to grow in my career. Our input is sought and valued, we are provided with interesting and relevant leadership training, and we get substantial insight into the inner workings of the business.
Cons
Arcfield is going through significant growth - both organic and inorganic. As such, we have many of the same challenges that are faced by any growing org.
