Pros

The leadership structure at the Colorado Springs office is unbelievable. You can tell they have your future and growth in mind with the amount of growth opportunities available. The culture at the office is also second to none. While there is no pressure to become friends with coworkers, it is rather hard to not enjoy working with everyone in the office.

Cons

There is no good way to hide the fact that Arcfield is competing with other defense companies like Lockheed, Raytheon, and other giants that also have giant budgets. Pay is typically lower than competitors and benefits are typically only on par. If pay is the only thing you care about, Arcfield may be a hard sell.
