Pros

willing to move you around internally

Cons

their high deductible plan doesnt provide good behavioral health coverage including medication. terrible even compared to most large government contractors. they currently don't contribute to an HSA. not a lot of timesheet flexibility with weekly pattern as well. very bad benefits for the type of customers and bill rates they support.
