The top leadership makes a strong effort to communicate with employees. Even though the company has a least a dozen locations all over the US (not to mention Canada), the top leaders travel to make in-person "Town Hall" appearances on a regular basis.

Cons

Much of the company's business is in markets characterized by the "race to the bottom" where customers are driving down rates and contract awards.
