Cons
Management more worried about filling a spot on the schedule than patient care. They do not assign patients based on acuity and you have average of 7 patients per day. Nurses do not have time to really provide good patient care, but Archbold preaches hourly rounding. Always short staffed. Turn over is very high where I worked.
