Too much politics within the department Unnecessary race between the associates If landed in wrong department -no exposure at all -only sitting whole day will do -u dont even exist in any team unless there's an requirement for garbing a book from library or need to refill printers. Any how where ever you land up u'll be getting a brand name and if you are good enough u'll be able to get lot of information on your own by self studding there projects ,if you landed up in any bad situation like no work on a day for you.... i'll surely recommend to trainees as they will get the brand badge on there portfolio and can get employment in some good respectable firm where they will be valued more...
