No formal system for performance reviews

Working with people there was really easy, casual, and productive. It's a small office in New York so you get to know everybody. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

The product we were working on broke down quite a bit, and I felt like it wasn't solid project. I recognize the difficulty of getting so many systems to talk to each other and have a presentable product, though, and I guess that's what we were there for.
