In my experience, this is a deeply unhealthy and unprofessional work environment driven by the owner’s behavior. Although the company presents itself as faith-based, leadership conduct consistently contradicted those values.
At company events, excessive drinking was common, and interactions with female staff often crossed professional boundaries. Female employees received personal messages that were later followed by apologies, creating discomfort and an inappropriate power dynamic.
Expectations were frequently unrealistic, and when goals weren’t met, employees were berated or yelled at rather than coached. Micromanagement was constant, morale was extremely low, and turnover was high.
There was also a clear pattern of unequal treatment. Male employees received visibility and recognition, while high-performing women were routinely overlooked. Multiple female employees expressed discomfort with how they were treated, contributing to what felt like a hostile and sexist culture.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether this environment aligns with their standards for professionalism and respect.
