      Pros

      The people are great. The expectations are high but rewards are high too. There is no tolerance for slackers and people who are looking for 1 hr lunch and 9-5.

      Cons

      The medical benefits are TERRIBLE. During a period of record performance there was no raise but this was when the company was still with Alcoa.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
