      Good people, smart engineers. Very aware of safety

      Cons

      Most of management got to where they are by bulldogging other people instead of by showing quality leadership. When everything is working well people are good to get along with, but when delivery goes south people start pointing fingers instead of working together

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
