      Decent starting wage, ok benifits

      Cons

      Supposed to be all about safety. Safety isn't a issue until it becomes a issue. Production supervisors are the worst I have seen in my 30 years in the work force. Was not fired a safety issue came up and quit before I got seriously injured

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
