      People were all great there I spent 10 years of my life there, and don't regret it. Plenty of room for advancement If you want it or great place to just do your job .

      Cons

      They have down sized considerably, but maybe things will get better.

      Aluminum manufacturing provides exciting and challenging opportunities to test and reward engineers for all disciplines. You will never stop learning; life will never be mundane.

      Cons

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
