      Pros

      Work environment - Engineering (and every other department) has a lot of work on their plate but the team is great. Great people to work with in engineering. Challenging place to work but a lot of room for growth. Strong benefits package - 6% 401K match plus automatic 3% company contribution (up to 9% 401K company contribution). Good health, vision, and dental insurance. Low cost of living

      Cons

      Plant locations are in lower population cities so social life is a bit tougher. Pay could probably be higher.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
