      Pros

      There are some very good people you will work with in Texarkana. The 401k offers a good match and the health insurance in competitive.

      Cons

      Everything is controlled from the Lancaster, Pa site. Management does not have the ability to make decisions without consult from that site. The hours required to perform all of the duties for the position are extreme. HR operates on the line of being unethical. I would find somewhere else to work were employees a re valued.

      Unexpected equipment failures will happen at the worst possible time, Time and effort is required to recover back to full production.
