      Pros

      Decent pay. Good schedule, plenty of time off, 60 hrs paid personal leave, overtime available, friendly people. Possibility to hit quarterly bonus.

      Cons

      Health insurance is way to expensive Sometimes they want you to bandaid something and run instead of waiting until the parts arrive. Everyone can work on anything (personally I wouldn't let some of the guys work on a bicycle)
