      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Work conditions above average for industrial environment. People mostly friendly, top to bottom.

      Cons

      Instability in shift schedules. Manage mental seems unsure of how to handle labor/training shortfalls and appears to constantly shuffle shift schedules around attempting to compensate. Your mucking with peoples lives outside the gate with little consideration for the affect of the instability.
