The company (Arconic Technology Center ATC) tracks when you badge in and badge out every day and runs a report to see how long everyone is working. They use this against you in evaluations. If you don’t regularly put in 50+ hours/week you’ll be told you won’t advance. If you miss submitting your time card, you go on a “Timesheet Offenders” list that is available to everyone to see. Only after I left did I truly realize what stockholm syndrome I had working at ATC. Stay away if you want to grow your career.
