      Pros

      Good place to start your career in the process engineering role. The site I worked at have very well established control systems in place to help anyone to hit the ground running.

      Cons

      No clear advancement path, and most of my coworkers are in their role for 20+ years. Like many major corporation, there are definitely struggling with office politics at management.
